PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk (URBN), as a property developer that provides residential products bandarqq terpercaya with the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and integrated with mass transportation, added to the list of project ownership through the Jakarta River City (JRC) project.
The project on a land of around 6 hectares located in the MT Haryono area, Cawang, East Jakarta, will be developed in the future consisting of eight apartment towers, one commercial area and one office building. Jakarta River City is targeting to be able to market the project next year.
PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk President Director Bambang Sumargono said, the JRC will be the largest mixed-used area project concept in Jakarta. The JRC project combines the concept of green building with the sophistication of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology.
This project is located near the Ciliwung LRT station in MT Haryono, Cawang, East Jakarta. The planned composition of the project development consists of 8 apartment towers, 1 commercial area, and 1 office building.
Bambang said, the company is currently conducting a study of the ciliwung river naturalization by involving a team of experts from the Bandung Telecommunications Institute (ITB). The area of land to be naturalized is approximately 500 meters.
JRC plans to utilize the river side, as a promenade that complements the residential and commercial areas. For progress in the field, URBN plans to start construction of a commercial marketing gallery, with a land of 3,500 square meters (m2) with an investment of Rp 20 billion.
Initial plan, the marketing office will begin in July. However, looking at the condition of Covid-19, it is likely to retreat to September 2020. It has confidence that the contribution of the JRC will be very significant for the Company.
The plan to launch this project is in 2021. We will soon develop the JRC greenfield project to immediately add value. Before acquiring the Jakarta River City (JRC) project, Urban Jakarta Propertindo already had four TOD projects currently under construction namely Gateway Park (Bekasi) and Urban Signature (Ciracas) which are joint operations (KSO) with PT Adhi Commuter Property ( ACP). Meanwhile, two other projects, Urban Sky and Urban Suite, are fully owned by URBN.
PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo's Director of Operations, Firdaus Fahmi, added, for the Urban Suites development and marketing that targets the upper middle segment, the URBN is planned to be officially launched in October 2020.
In 2020 the Company targets marketing sales of Rp. 300 billion for this project. The determination and collection of the Order Number (NUP) will begin in June 2020. We are confident and optimistic that Urban Suites will be in demand by people who are looking for shelter.
